Terms and Conditions – Daddys Solutions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Daddys Solutions’ Web Design Services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

2. Services Provided

Daddys Solutions offers web design, development, and related services. Individual project agreements will outline the scope of work, deliverables, and timelines.

3. Client Responsibilities

Provide all necessary content, images, and information required for the project.
Respond promptly to requests for feedback and approvals.
Ensure that all provided content is free from copyright infringement.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit of 75% is required to commence work.
The remaining balance is due upon project completion.
Payments can be made via Bank Transfers or Cash.

5. Revisions and Changes

Clients are entitled to 3 rounds of revisions.
Additional revisions will incur extra charges.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs and codes created by Daddys Solutions remain our property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final design will be transferred to the client.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential.
Confidential information will not be disclosed to any third party without prior consent.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ notice.
In the event of termination, the client will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date.

9. Limitation of Liability

Daddys Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our liability is limited to the amount the client pays for the services.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.

11. Changes to Terms

Daddys Solutions reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
Clients will be notified of any changes via email or our website.
