2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are available for services that have not yet commenced.
- If a project has started, refunds will be issued based on the amount of work completed.
- No refunds will be provided for completed projects.
3. Requesting a Refund
- To request a refund, please contact us at ricky@daddyssolutions.com within 07 days of your purchase.
- Provide your order details and the reason for the refund request.
- We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Partial Refunds
- If your project is partially completed, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the work completed up to the point of the refund request.
5. Non-Refundable Services
- Custom design services that have been fully delivered.
- Any third-party services or products purchased on your behalf.
- Monthly maintenance or subscription fees once the service period has commenced.
6. Returns
- As our services are digital and customized, returns are not applicable.
- If you have any issues with the delivered work, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
